Your challenge
- Support in personnel administration
- Maintenance and creation of personnel files
- Assistance in the area of applicant management as well as creation and placement of job advertisements
- Assistance in the preparation of presentations, evaluations and xls-reports
- Active participation in ongoing HR projects
Your profile
Availability of at least 6 months from autumn 2023 (at least 25h/week)
Ongoing or completed university/university studies (ideally with focus on HR).
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, ppt, Word)
Very good oral and written skills in German and English
Perseverance, accuracy, discretion, willingness to learn and enjoy teamwork

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for banks and bankers (KV minimum salary from € 2,263.06 gross on full-time basis). We offer - depending on specific qualifications and experience - an overpayment.
