Contract Administrator [Philippines]


 

Job Purpose:

The Contract Administrator is responsible for the orderly administration of contracts to ensure effective and efficient management according to the needs of the Club. He/she must ensure that all aspects of the contract are properly monitored and managed.

Qualification Requirements:

The incumbent must possess the following:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Legal Management or other related courses.
  • Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Law.
  • With solid five (5) years of experience in contract management.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to draft contracts per requirements of the Club.
  • Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. With the ability to find inconsistencies and errors.
  • Must have strong business acumen.
  • Must be highly organized and analytical.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and work with team members in varying levels within the company, including shareholders, external partners, managers, staff, and contract workers
  • Ability to prepare and maintain records, files and reports in a confidential manner.
  • Advance working knowledge in computer office applications.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
