We are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile Call Attendant cum Admin to join our team. As a crucial member of our front desk staff, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Duties:
- Professionally handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations, providing excellent customer service.
- Warmly greet guests, provide them with information on the hotel's services, and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Address guest requests and promptly resolve any concerns or issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, creating a welcoming ambiance for guests.
2. Administrative Support:
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as respond to email correspondence efficiently.
- Support inventory management and place orders for supplies when needed.
3. Concierge Services:
- Provide valuable recommendations to guests for local attractions, dining options, and entertainment.
- Arrange transportation and make reservations as per guests' requests.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality administration is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, accompanied by a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Proficiency in using hotel reservation systems and basic office software.
- Strong organizational abilities, enabling efficient handling of front desk duties and administrative tasks.
- Professional appearance and attitude, demonstrating a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Salary: AED100.00 - AED110.00 per day

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- CSR: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hotel industry: 1 year (Preferred)
