Finance Analyst [Philippines]


 

Job description

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
  • Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
  • Enters budget data and adjustments into financial accounting software and reconciles any differences.
  • Reviews data and information for accuracy and makes corrections when necessary.
  • Maintains accurate records and monitoring of CAPEX and OPEX for all transactions affecting budget preparation.
  • Ensures records and reports are kept safely and securely.
  • Produces reports such as Revenue and Census and statistical data as needed.
  • Performs administrative and secretarial duties as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • With at least 1 year experience in financial management
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
