Job description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
- Enters budget data and adjustments into financial accounting software and reconciles any differences.
- Reviews data and information for accuracy and makes corrections when necessary.
- Maintains accurate records and monitoring of CAPEX and OPEX for all transactions affecting budget preparation.
- Ensures records and reports are kept safely and securely.
- Produces reports such as Revenue and Census and statistical data as needed.
- Performs administrative and secretarial duties as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- With at least 1 year experience in financial management
- Sound understanding of accounting principles
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
