Qualifications:
Passionate team player with at least 4 years’ experience
Skilled in debugging and investigating production issues
Skilled in reasoning and effectively communicating opinions
Proactive mindset, never taking the present state for granted
Constantly striving to understand the reasons behind current practices
Clean coder, emphasizes readable, simple, and maintainable code
Able to recognize and address bad code
Continuously searching for better solutions
Quick grasp of large and complex systems and their inner workings
Familiar with software engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, immutability, etc.)
Knowledgeable about bad practices and anti-patterns
Proficient in tools, libraries, and frameworks used in previous work experience
Comfortable in a POSIX production environment
