Supports the senior auditor in conducting partner audits as well as internal program audits to ensure the HP Channel Business Compliance. Supports in handling cases of diverse complexity and scope. Applies advanced analytics.
Responsibilities:
o Performs data analysis and document validation for complex audits on a global scale as requested by the senior auditor or management;
o Works with the senior auditor to assess the case and make decisions regarding the audit conclusions
o Provides appropriate case documentation (i.e. briefing document, evidence documentation, working file, etc), updates the tracker, and keeps a record of all activities performed on the case and the documents obtained (record retention) timely and accurately
o Utilizes standard project management and quality improvement methodologies;
o Assesses initial indications of contra mis-use risk or policy non-compliance
o Confirms and quantifies non-compliance
o Improves non-compliance rates and monitors effects
Education and Experience Required:
o First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
o Typically, 1-3 years of audit experience (preferred)
Knowledge and Skills:
o Knowledge of HP operational processes and customer/partner requirements.
o Basic understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.
o Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership and influencing skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
o Knowledge of process area, experience with process improvement projects and ability to provide suggestions for process improvements
o Project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation, problem solving and analytical skills
o Basic financial and business acumen
