The Program Engagement Specialist plays a vital role within Barwon Water’s Enterprise Project Delivery Team, a department that will be key to the unprecedented growth in our region.
You will be responsible for forming and enhancing key relationships and engagement, working across the wider organisation to support ideation, planning and adherence to frameworks.
With an eye for innovation, you will help drive and identify new opportunities for efficiencies, leading policy review and implementation and help to establish viable timelines.
Success in this role will see Barwon Water deliver on our vision as set out in our Strategy 2030 and enable us to provide Regional prosperity to our stakeholders.
About you
You will be an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast paced setting. Working in an environment that will test your qualifications and experience in construction management, you will enjoy meeting and surpassing the challenge.
You will have a creative approach to problem solving and an experience engaging with diverse stakeholders, providing subject matter expertise for some of Barwon Water’s more complex projects.
With strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills, you will be a true collaborator who values authenticity and accountability.
