Job Description
+ Sourcing and interviewing passive and active candidates
+ Uses social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates
+ Develops a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
+ Uses proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations, to build ongoing passive candidate networks.
+ Builds relationships and communicates consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
+ Identifies future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
+ Guide both candidates and stakeholders through the life cycle process.
+ Optimizing social media and all recruitment tools available ensuring all advertised material (including job adverts) is accurate and in line with AECOM branding
+ Utilizing AECOM' global recruitment system () keeping data up to date and accurate in real time throughout the life cycle process.
+ Champion and promote diversity in the business.
+ Fluent in English.
+ A relevant internationally recognized degree, relevant experience or specific industry qualification in Marketing, HR or TA is preferred.
+ Experience of working within a multi-national organization.
