As they continue to expand, they are seeking an adept and dependable Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team in Condell Park.
About the Role:
In the capacity of a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Service Manager through a range of administrative functions. These encompass overseeing correspondence, arranging meetings, facilitating travel arrangements, and serving as a liaison on their behalf. Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:
- Updating the national timesheet weekly to capture hours worked, leave and overtime for all service staff
- Ensuring technician stock is replenished daily
- Complete travel requests for Service Managers
- Control the induction process for all new starters to ensure that new technicians are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to effectively service products
- Work with and collaborate with other departments in the organisation
- Document preparation for customers and staff members
- Continually update records and databases to ensure accurate information
- Creating work orders and Goodwill’s in Salesforce
- Review and prepare Service contracts
- Prepare stocktake schedules and liaise with key stakeholders
- General administrative duties
