The Position
Novo Nordisk Israel is looking for a Senior Manager Obesity Therapy Legal, Ethics & Compliance. In this role, you will serve as Legal, Ethics and Compliance Obesity Therapy subject matter expert and sparring partner, ensuring Legal, Ethics and Compliance considerations are taken into account in decision making. You will proactively drive processes and initiatives to secure compliance by design and strategic integration of ethics in decision making for the Obesity Therapy Business Unit in the affiliate and conduct compliance related activities.
Qualifications
To be eligible for the role, you should hold a Bachelor of Law degree and Master of Law degree or equivalent. You need to be fluent in Hebrew and English. We would also like you to have:
- At least 9 years of experience as a lawyer or legal advisor.
- 3 Years experience in ethics, compliance, anti-bribery, or related areas.
- Pharma industry experience is preferred but other relevant experience such as Fast-Moving Consumer Goods can be considered.
- Strong communication and writing and presentation skills.
About the Department
Legal, Ethics, Compliance and Quality Department provides legal and Compliance guidance, advice and support to management members and departments in the Israeli affiliate as well as overseeing the Quality Management System locally.
