Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare and review real estate and leasing documents;
- Create draft correspondence, reports, and legal documents accordingly;
- Maintain filing system;
- Schedule and communicate appointments and meetings;
- Assist with tenant relations ensuring excellent customer service at all times;
- Communicate with corporate clientele on various matters;
- Investigate and respond to tenant inquiries promptly and accurately;
- Assist with the promotion and showing of available lease space;
- Some receptionist duties required at various times daily;
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Mature individual with a proven track record and employment history;
- University or college diploma in a related field such as business, legal or office administration;
- Familiarity with legal terminology and contract management;
- Knowledge of basic accounting, word processing, and spreadsheet software;
- Excellent word processing speed and accuracy;
- Proven ability to demonstrate attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills with a keen ability to organize workload;
- Self-motivated, friendly, and approachable;
- Able to work independently with little supervision;
- Strong communication and business writing skills;
- Bilingual (French - English) essential
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $38,366.66-$77,128.97 per year
