A. JOB SUMMARY
Rates and Revenue Officer is responsible in providing advice to staff on rates-related matters to ensure efficient and effective operations.
B. STATEMENT OF DUTIES
1. Handles Costing of Accounts
· Checking Dimension in House Weigh Bill (HWB) and compute the chargeable weight, rewrites in HWB copy
· Analyze the rate charges base on the break weight
· Compute the freight and Airline Weigh Bill (AWB) charges base on the rate charges
2. House Weigh Bill Monitoring (HWB)
3. Checking of Service Provider billings
· Validates transactions and rates applied prior to payment processing
4. Extract airwaybill reports
· Validate freight cost vs HWB freight cost
5. Month-end Reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
