Helpdesk Engineer: Job Description
- You will provide technical support services related to hardware, software and networks in different european locations in coordination with the current Helpdesk team
- You will participate in local and gobal IT projects
Profiles
Helpdesk Engineer: Profile
- You have 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- You have expertise with Windows server, Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory
- You are available to travel 2 days per month if France
