The Role
CRB Motor Broker perform a variety of critical functions including but not limited to:
- Key broker of Motor Team – reporting to Head of Motor
- Serve in a senior broker role on mid and major accounts
- Maintain a significant book of business
- Advise clients/strategize/provide expertise on complex business
- Place large, complex programs into the marketplace in motor line: MTPL, CASCO, GAP.
- Perform policy contract reviews; negotiate competitive terms and conditions, managing the full process of motor tenders, comparisons, offerings
- Contribute to business growth objectives (e.g., participate in RFP responses/presentations, attend proactive sales meetings, place new business opportunities)
- Act as a senior colleague (e.g., attend industry conferences as a WTW representative)
- Identify and engage appropriate local resources for clients
- Assist in establishing placement strategy for region
- Reviewing insurer partnerships and agreements, helping with his/her market experience
- Being a key connection to insurers as well related to any motor business
- Manage workflow of office placement staff; ensure local succession planning is in place
- Manage pipeline of prospects and clients, and updating financials and senior management
- Collaborate with other LOBs to cross sell products and services
- Maintain and develop relationships with carriers and underwriters
- Foster relationships with prospects, participating in meetings as needed
- Manage relationships with clients, including with team members
- Assist with cross-selling with CRB
- Motor Broker role also responsible for WTW Excellence models, and related group compliance and broking policies coordination, helping the team members
- Reporting on the CRB business lines, taking actions to manage the review reports in the Team, supporting compliance actions for CRB Operational Manager
- Supporting the client retention in the portfolio, focusing on new business opportunities, responsible for motor line budget, analyzing the motor portfolio changes, targeting cross-selling opportunities in Hungary, in CEE region
- One of the Key persons to clearing, and caring on the precise and obligated broking system administrations
- Leading and supporting the Broking System and CRM system administration and reporting on CRB related to motor business
- High-level of precisity on placements, and all admin related tasks
The Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in underwriting or broking, special experience in motor insurance
- Insurance broker’s P&C license required
- Senior Level of Technical knowledge of insurance contracts/structure
- Knowledge and understanding of global marketplace
- Knowledge of and experience working with all lines of business related to MTPL, CASCO
- Enhanced client service skills
- Ability to provide expert, in-depth advice to client resulting in overall client satisfaction
- Skilled at interfacing with customers, insurers
- Strong presentation skills
- Develop new partner markets where needed locally and support nationally based relationships with carriers and clients
- Fluent English Knowledge in the business is an advantage
- Professional on related business needs in Microsoft Office
