Which tasks do you take on?
- You reply to incoming customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail
- When a question is asked about the ingredients (for example, allergy sufferers) you know the answer
- You accept praise and criticism and pass it on to the respective departments
- Fun at customer service
- You speak Danish fluently and bring good English skills
