The function of Document Consultant
As Document Consultant / Designer of the BESTMIX ERP team, you are responsible for the layout of the documents of ERP projects for customers using specific tools (e.g. layout of contracts and invoices based on data from Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations).
You make a thorough analysis of the wishes of the customer regarding the desired documents and provide and implement an optimal solution.
You are also responsible for documenting your solutions and give training to the customer.
We will provide the necessary training, after which you can work independently. Of course, you will be part of and work together with your team and other consultants.

Your profile as Document Consultant / Designer
- You have a bachelor’s degree or have relevant experience
- You have very good communication skills and a good knowledge of English (other languages are a plus)
- You have a strong analytical mind
- Besides technical insight, you also have functional interest
- You are a team player and an also work autonomously
- You strive for quality and result
- Experience with Bottomline PrecisionForms or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations are a plus
- Basic knowledge of programming or a programming language is an advantage
- You will work with Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and Remote Desktop Service
- If you want, you can travel for short periods of time to our customers abroad
