Qualifications
- Preferably with Life and/or General Insurance background
- Computer literate, Microsoft Office
- Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s degree
Job Description
The position is responsible for the timely preparation, approval and issuance
of policies, endorsements, cover notes and renewal notices.
- Receives request for policy issuance regardless of product line. Ensures information are complete. If incomplete, return to source (distribution, branches, marketing) or may call/email to clarify. Reinforce use of policy issuance checklist to increase clean case ratio and minimize rework.
- Manage, assess transaction and perform the necessary tasks in order to generate the policy. Review for accuracy of information.
- Adhere to set process and set approval authority levels
- Approve the transaction based on the following authority levels.
Process complex cases such as Property policies.
- Ensures compliance to all regulatory requirements such as AMLA/KYC, FATCA, Data Privacy, etc
- Receives and promptly responds to queries and follow-ups from distributors and frontliners
- Resolves escalated concerns from distributors, customers and frontliners
- May be assigned to prepare reports for productivity dashboard to monitor daily performance
- Perform ad hoc tasks, assignments or projects
- Support change management strategy in terms of scope of work, as deemed necessary
- Support projects, system enhancements, efficiency initiatives by acting as an SME (subject matter expert) and performing UAT (user acceptance testing)
- May act as Team Leader when necessary to ensure the Team meets its committed TATs and productivity
