Group/Division

The Global Service Support Organization (GSS) team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The GSS organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description

KLA is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Kiryat Gat.

KLA is a US-based innovative technology company that manufactures and supports multi-disciplinary systems in a cleanroom environment.

This high-tech company offers dynamic challenges and working with outstanding teams to maintain innovative analytical systems comprised of optics, robotics, lasers, image processing, mechanics, pneumatics, and networking.

What your job will look like

  • Perform customer service activities including fixing, intense problem solving, maintaining and repairing of multi-disciplinary equipment in multiple fields at the customer facility in Kiryat Gat
  • Represent the company to the customer and assume accountability for customer satisfaction with service.
  • Assure operational quality of system equipment. Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.

Minimum Qualifications

What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor's Level Degree or Practical Engineer degree
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in multisystem maintenance - MUST
  • Position requires teamwork as well as independent learning, excellent analytical skills, communication in Hebrew and English, overseas training and ability to work in weekends when necessary.
  • Candidate must have exceptional technical skills, good interpersonal relations, self-motivated and great teammate.
