Our company, Remote VA PH, is currently looking for an experienced SPANISH BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST who can work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all customers and clients. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills along with a strong command of English and Spanish languages. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Answer all phone calls and emails sent to the main office and provide inter-office messages as requested
- The candidate must be good in English (with a native accent) and Spanish languages.
- Great phone skills, clear speech, closest to US culture, and accountability
- He/She must be knowledgeable about emails and ticketing systems
